Do your climbers need to download an app?
Yes, the MINGU app. They join your business and, from there, check their packs and classes, get your notices and pay. If you prefer, you can also have an app with your own name and logo.
Can I bring my climbers over from Excel or another program?
Yes. Import your list from an Excel or CSV file: MINGU recognises the columns and creates the records. Then invite each person by email, with a link or with a QR code.
How do I charge my climbers?
By card through Stripe, which pays the money into your account, or by recording cash, Bizum or bank transfer payments. MINGU takes no commission on those payments.
Do I need to install anything?
No. The dashboard works in the browser on a computer, tablet or phone, and you can start in a few minutes.
